Urban Living vs Suburban Living

A recent article by the Wall Street Journal suggests that though urban real estate prices are rising faster than suburban real estate prices, suburbs are noting a larger growth than areas sprawling with urban development. Typically in the past, this correlation is held in reverse–that is to say that higher prices in urban areas tend to show more population growth than suburbs with lower prices.
